“You are given a teaspoon as an object. Now apply each one of the SCAMPER techniques to it and give a brief explanation of what new product comes of this and how it can be marketed.”

The new teaspoon:
A teaspoon with changeable ‘heads’ for different uses.
By eliminating the metal and substituting it with plastic, it makes it easier to change the ‘head’ of the spoon, combining it with different sizes, including tablespoon size and 1/2 sizes for measuring. By modifying the spoon, it adapts itself to be put to other uses.

By including different sized heads, it can be used for measuring and baking as well as a normal spoon. It can therefore be marketed as a measuring instrument for baking, but also as a practical spoon to take on trips such as camping/hiking instead of bringing different spoons, you can just bring the spoon and the changeable heads.
